About
I help build and manage institutions. Currently, I leverage my 8+ years of experience in management (project, program, and stakeholder), my extensive training in global communication and strategy as well as my broad interdisciplinary skillset to develop and implement strategies that are proven to grow higher ed centers.
In my role as Associate with the Tulane Global Humanities Research Center (TGHRC) in the School of Liberal Arts at Tulane University, I develop and advance the goals of TGHRC and help facilitate research and programming activities for the center's three main projects: Global Port Cities, Globalizing American Studies 2.0, and Anti-Racism and the Disciplines.
Prior to joining Tulane, I earned my Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Public Culture with a certificate in Critical Theory at Northwestern University, where I was a senior graduate associate with the Center for Global Culture and Communication (CGCC) and the Critical Theory in the Global South project, an initiative of the International Consortium of Critical Theory Programs. I am also an associate of the Center for Transcultural Studies (CTS) in New York and Chicago, where I collaborate with leading scholars on the CTS’s projects.
I’m currently based in New Orleans but have previously lived in São Paulo, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Chicago. Open to relocating to Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, or Washington DC.

Eu ajudo a construir e administrar instituições. Atualmente, eu emprego meus mais de 8 anos de experiência em gerenciamento (de projetos, programas e clientes), meu extenso treinamento em comunicação e estratégia global, bem como meu amplo conjunto de habilidades interdisciplinares para desenvolver e implementar estratégias que comprovadamente ajudam centros de ensino superior a crescer.
Como pesquisadora associada ao Tulane Global Humanities Research Center (TGHRC), baseado na School of Liberal Arts da Tulane University, em Nova Orleans, EUA, eu desenvolvo e promovo os objetivos do TGHRC e ajudo a conduzir estudos científicos e eventos relacionados aos três principais projetos do centro: Global Port Cities, Globalizing American Studies 2.0 e Anti-Racism and the Disciplines.
Antes de afiliar-me à Tulane, eu completei meu Ph.D. em Retórica e Cultura Pública na Northwestern University, em Evanston, EUA, onde eu era associada ao Center for Global Culture and Communication (CGCC)e ao projeto Critical Theory in the Global South, uma iniciativa do International Consortium of Critical Theory Programs. Também sou membra do Center for Transcultural Studies (CTS) em Nova Iorque e Chicago, onde eu colaboro com líderes acadêmicos nos projetos do centro.

Actualmente utilizo mis más de 8 años de experiencia en gestión (proyectos, programas y clientes), mi amplia formación en estrategia y comunicación global, así como mi amplio conjunto de habilidades interdisciplinarias para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que han demostrado ayudar a los centros educativos a crecer más.
Como investigadora asociada del Tulane Global Humanities Research Center (TGHRC), con sede en la School of Liberal Arts de la Tulane University, en Nueva Orleans, EE.UU., yo desarrollo y promuevo los objetivos del TGHRC y ayudo a realizar estudios científicos y los eventos relacionados con los tres proyectos principales del centro: Global Port Cities, Globalizing American Studies 2.0 y Anti-Racism and the Disciplines.
